There are, by now, a million more efficient ways of building a fan community than an old-fashioned fansite, but online spaces such as this one are some of the very few ways of having a platform that is completely independent from big corporations and their rules. It's a smaller kind of environment where people have a say in what can and cannot be said, and where their words aren't monetized or stolen by whoever's in charge.
That aside... the MCR community is very into early '2000s internet culture, and what better way to experience it than a good old fansite?

Hi, you can call me Ri. I'm not very interesting, but if you would like to talk to me you can shoot me an email or leave a private message on the guestbook with one of your social media handles and I'll get back to you. I own an account on most platforms by now, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

If the site isn't working properly, if you've got any ideas, suggestions, or if you would like to correct some information, please contact me using any of the aforementioned methods! I'm very open to suggestions and help.

I am always very careful to only use official or free-to-use material in site assets and posts, but in case I decide to use some scans or pictures I'll always ask for permission and credit the original owners if such permission is given. When it comes to older material, however, it's very hard to track down the photographer or the original poster, but I'll do my best to give credit where it's due. If I slip up and repost someone's art by mistake, please contact me and I'll either give credit or take it down according to the original artist's wishes.
